Large Scale Solar power system installation

Supplied, designed and installed a 30kW system to contribute towards the company’s energy usage.
156 x Sungrid 190w mono-crystalline solar panels & 3 x10kW Aurora 3 phase inverter as installed on the main factory roof.
This work formed part of the company’s energy efficiency program managed by Eco Advance.
This project included unique requirements to involve the company to create job opportunities within the project such as creating their own tilt framing system to mount the array.
It was 6 month project and the installation of the solar array was completed within the set timeframe of 3 days.

Cablelogic – Head Office, Bayswater, WA.

Solar Power system, Rainwater and Solatube Installation

Grid Connected solar system for commercial use.
19kW PV and 9 Solatube daylighting installed on the warehouse of Cablelogic.
System included a comprehensive monitoring suite with a display in the foyer.
108 x Monocrystalline 175W Solar modules, 3 x Aurora Inverters and 9 x Solatube Daylights and the Eco-Learning data monitoring system.
Completed within set timeframe
Tilt frames required for flat rooftop to achieve optimal pitch.
Monitoring system adapted to include: energy produced, energy used, water consumption, temperature and environmental condition.

Grid connected solar system for a tangible reduction in energy usage.
10kW PV installed on the Monastery and Retreat of Bodhinyana
52 x 190W Premium Monocrystalline Solar modules and 2 x SMA SB5000TL inverters.
The system was split across two buildings in order to receive the best possible energy reduction at the estate

15kW PV and interactive monitoring installed on the Administration building and community library.
79 x 190W Premium Monocrystalline Solar modules, 3 x Aurora Inverters, 1 Xantrex inverter and the Eco-Learning data monitoring system.
Curved roof required design consideration and extra framing requirements.
The monitoring system had to incorporate systems on different buildings in different areas, requiring online links and network integration.

Grid connected solar system for energy reduction and community education.
7kW PV and interactive monitoring installed on the Administration building.
40 x 175W Premium Mono-crystalline solar modules, SMA SMC7000 inverter, and the SMA Webbox monitoring system.
Flat roof required tilt frames and extra supports for wind loading. Monitoring system was linked into the council website.
