Our Performance
At Renewablelogic, we believe that our customers should receive the highest performance in customer service, and be able view, as well as rate our performance in service.
One way that we measure customer satisfaction is by our performance record.
We measure and report on our performance, so that you can make an informed decision in choosing Renewablelogic for all of your renewable energy requirements.
Our Monthly Performance record
Every month we send a survey to all customers who had an installation completed and we collate these results to produce our Performance scores. There are 15 quantitative questions with a standard set of responses, ranging from Strongly Positive to Strongly Negative (or the equivalent) and each of these is scored from 2 to -2 depending on the answer given. We also invite each customer to suggest an improvement we could make and this question is scored from 5 (for a strongly positive response) to -5 (for a highly critical response). As a result each survey has a maximum score of 35 and a minimum score of -35. A score of 16 or more indicates a satisfied customer with no complaints. We use the results to produce charts summarising the ratings of our processes/office staff, assessors and installers for comparison.
