At Renewablelogic, we believe that our customers should receive the highest performance in customer service, and be able view, as well as rate our performance in service.

One way that we measure customer satisfaction is by our performance record. We measure and report on our performance, so that you can make an informed decision in choosing Renewablelogic for all of your renewable energy requirements.

Every month we survey our customers and we collate these results to produce our performance scores. We use the results to produce charts summarising the ratings of our processes/office staff, assessors and installers for comparison.
